Al-Trad Auditing: Kuwait Audit & Tax Practice Website
The Results

A fast, self managed site with no page builder and no plugin dependencies to maintain.

0 Page builder plugins used
5 Hand coded page templates
100% Content editable through ACF

The Challenge

Humoud Al-Trad is a licensed public accountant in Kuwait with more than fifteen years of practice and senior experience at KPMG and Ernst & Young. His clients deal with corporate income tax on foreign income, Zakat and NLST, statutory audits and Ministry of Finance filings. The people landing on the site are finance directors and business owners running a background check, so it had to read as authoritative within the first few seconds.

A second requirement shaped the entire build. The practice did not want a page builder or a stack of plugins sitting between the content and the browser. Everything had to be coded, fast and easy to maintain, while still letting the office update service details, statutory rates, FAQs and contact information without touching a line of PHP.

The Solution

We wrote a custom WordPress theme from scratch and used ACF to expose every editable piece of content. No page builder, no template kit, no plugin stack holding the layout together.

  • Fully custom theme in PHP with hand written templates for the home page, about, services, FAQ and contact
  • ACF field groups behind every section, so headings, service cards, statutory rates, charter pillars and FAQ entries are edited from clean admin fields
  • Repeater and flexible content setup that lets the office add, reorder or hide sections without a developer
  • Home page sequenced for a due diligence visitor: credentials first, then the partner profile, the practice charter, and finally the service areas
  • Service blocks that carry the real figures, including the 15 percent corporate rate, 1 percent Zakat and 2.5 percent NLST, stored in fields so they can be updated when the rules change
  • Arabic brand line and bilingual friendly markup with correct language attributes, ready for a full Arabic version later
  • Every contact route wired up properly: click to call, WhatsApp, mailto, a consultation request page, office hours and the Salmiya address
  • Custom CSS and vanilla JavaScript only, so there is no jQuery weight, no builder stylesheets and no render blocking plugin assets
  • Accessibility built into the markup: semantic landmarks, skip navigation, labelled menus, a keyboard friendly mobile drawer and alt text on imagery
  • On page SEO written into the templates, with a clean heading order, descriptive titles and meta, and structured data friendly markup
  • Compressed imagery and lazy loading, so the site holds up on Kuwait mobile networks without leaning on a caching plugin
